Flat rate pricing per turnover. Every price includes a set number of labor hours upfront.

Studio / 1BR (under 800 sq ft) $120 · 2 labor hrs

2BR (800–1,500 sq ft) $175 · 3.5 labor hrs

3BR (1,500–2,500 sq ft) $225 · 4.5 labor hrs

4BR+ (2,500+ sq ft) $285+ · 5.5 labor hrs

Pricing is per turnover and includes the labor hours shown. If a turnover takes longer than the included hours (party damage, extended stays), additional cleaning is $50 per labor hour and we always call before going over. Volume discounts available for hosts with multiple properties or high frequency bookings — contact us to discuss.
